11.11.2009 Grand hotel Velingrad was awarded EUROPESPA Wellness certificate by ESPA – European Spa Association on a formal ceremony held on 9th November 2009 in the town of Sandanski. The certificate demonstrates international recognition of the high quality of Grand hotel Velingrad. In addition the award recognizes the compliance with all ESPA requirements for wellness infrastructure, safety, hygiene and best service. The following areas are subject to auditing during certification procedure: -general requirements towards SPA resorts and SPA facilities - quality and safety assurance - medical aspects - wellness zone - fitness and sports facilities - accommodation - catering and cuisine - leaflets, brochures and additional PR materials to promote SPA facilities and services EUROPESPA Wellness certificate is yet further sign of approval for the highest quality provided in Grand hotel Velingrad by which we strive to gain and keep the trust of our valued guests. |
